Description

1 078 km2, the oldest NP, coastal mountain range (over 2 000 m), many ecosystems depending on the altitude, semiarid deciduous forests, evergreen rain forest, thick misty forest, arid coastal scrubs, mangrove forests on the coast, Paso Portachuelo saddle is a very important place on the tracks of migrating birds.

Possible activities

One or more days trekking, swimming on the beaches in the bays - often deserted, trekking accross the mountain range.
